Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and articulate design decisions.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers.
